SUBJECT OPTION AND CRITERIA FORM FOR STREAM ALLOTMENT FOR CLASS XI (2025-26)

STREAM - 1 : SCIENCE WITH MATHS (PCM)

MAIN SUBJECTS:
English Core, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.

FIFTH SUBJECT (Any One):
Computer Science/Economics/Information Technology/Physical Education/Mass Media Studies/Psychology.

ADDITIONAL SIXTH SUBJECT (Optional):
Physical Education/Painting/Yoga/Computer Science/Information Technology

STREAM -2 : SCIENCE WITH BIOLOGY (PCB)

MAIN SUBJECTS:
English Core, Physics, Chemistry, Biology.

FIFTH SUBJECT (Any One):
Computer Science/Economics/Information Technology/Physical Education/Mass Media Studies/Psychology.

ADDITIONAL SIXTH SUBJECT (Optional):
Physical Education/Painting/Yoga/Computer Science/Information Technology

STREAM - 3 : COMMERCE

MAIN SUBJECTS:
English Core, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics.

FIFTH SUBJECT (Any One):
Computer Science/Economics/Information Technology/Physical Education/Mass Media Studies/Psychology.

ADDITIONAL SIXTH SUBJECT (Optional):
Physical Education/Painting/Yoga/Marketing/Computer Science/Information Technology/Mathematics.

STREAM - 4 : HUMANITIES

MAIN SUBJECTS:
1. English Core
2. Political Science/Yoga
3. History/Mass Media Studies
4. Hindi/Economics/Physical Education
5. Psychology/Information Technology/Computer Science

ADDITIONAL SIXTH SUBJECT (Optional):
Physical Education/Painting/Yoga/Marketing/Computer Science/Information Technology

STREAM 1 AND 2:
i. Students should have secured 80% and above in aggregate.
ii. He/She should also have secured 80% and above in both Science and Mathematics for getting PCM or 80% in Science for getting PCB.

STREAM 3:
i. Students should have secured 70% and above in aggregate.
ii. He/She should also have secured 70% in mathematics for getting Commerce with Mathematics.

STREAM 4:
i. Students should have secured 50% and above in aggregate.

NOTE:
A). Provisional stream allotment will be on the basis of Pre-Board Result (2024-25).
B). Students desirous of taking Economics or Mathematics in Humanities should have secured at least 70% in Social Science or Mathematics respectively in Pre-Board Exam.
C). Students desirous of taking Information Technology or Psychology should have secured at least 70% in aggregate.
D). Mass Media, Studies, Marketing, Yoga and Information Technology are Skill set Subjects.
E). Additional subject if desired will be allocated on the basis of the Eligibility criteria as applicable for main subjects. Periods are not allocated in regular time table for additional subjects.
